Appointments
Individuals and/or an agency representative may organise an appointment by telephone, letter, or calling in to Charis counselling personally.
Charis receptionists will be the point of contact for all clients and referral agencies.
There is generally a waiting list for counselling, however, the receptionist will telephone regularly to check out if there has been any change in circumstances that might require a response. If an urgent appointment is required a person will normally be seen within 48 hours if possible.
